Old Field Lighthouse Ride

Another great day and another great ride! J. Matt and Pat joined me for a 11 mile odyssey to the northern shore. Quite a lot of wildlife was seen and fun was had by all.

I have started a new set on our Flickr account with pictures from our recent rides. You should check it out and see what you’ve been missing.

Any ideas for rides over the summer? Let us know!

  1. I’m coming out there this weekend. Let’s try and plan a ride for Saturday morning. What do you all think?

  2. I’m up for it, as long as I can be done by noon. Do you have a particular route in mind?

  3. It’s going to be a long week. I don’t know if I can wake up that early.

  4. Oh c’mon Chris, 9 am ain’t that early. It’ll leave you plenty of time for the rest of the day to sleep! We may be getting old, but we’re not that old. All joshing aside, I could maybe do 10 am, but I really need to be back at my house by 1 pm, maybe I could push it to 2 pm but that’s all.

  5. The weather report for Saturday is NOT looking good. High chance of thunderstorms all day. Sunday is not much better. Do you want to wait and see?
